Capri Hotel

We had a lovely birthday weekend getaway for my wife. Unfortunately, there was rain the whole weekend. Rooms were lovely and service prompt. It's our second time staying here as it is dog friendly and a great location for many lovely restaurants around Ojai.

The hotel is super cute and we loved the retro design. Front desk was friendly and check-in/out was a breeze. The rooms were clean and attractive, and the beds were comfy. I wish it were closer to the main drag but that can’t be changed, so no fault on the hotel. Overall would totally recommend!

Had an absolutely wonderful time celebrating our engagement at the Capri. The front desk gifted us a bottle of wine and were so warm and welcoming. The rooms are simple, but well decorated and chic. The pool area is relaxing and gorgeous. Loved getting to rent bikes. Would absolutely come back!!

Loved the room. The decor, the linens, the comfort of the bed, comfortable cork tile, The cleanliness and the remodeled bathroom was very nice. The pool area was wonderful. Plenty of areas to sit under an umbrella with a table or uncomfortable padded chairs with or without an umbrella. The pool water was a good temperature and did not feel like it was full of chemicals at all. Normally my skin is very sensitive to that and I did not have any sensitivity to the water in the pool or the hot tub. Loved the 70s vibe and the service. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The room was stocked with tea and coffee and lots of other goodies. Very nice and final recommend. The only downside was being close to a busy road and there was some road noise since I was facing that road.

This hotel has an amazing location for a long weekend in Ojai! The design here is very thoughtful (particularly in the lobby) and the common areas/pool are well kept. The only knock is that in the rooms, while very spacious and clean, you can hear your upstairs neighbors very clearly/loudly. We wanted a room with a patio for easy access to the pool and their lovely green space - which was great - but maybe next time I’d request not being on the bottom floor.

I really loved this place. We had a gorgeous suite with a balcony overlooking the pool. It was just a quick walk from restaurant and shops but loved being away from the crowds. Room was decorated modern and eclectic, pool and hot tub accessible, price so reasonable. Only problem was we brought way too much baggage so had to carry it upstairs but that was on us. We will def be back.

I absolutely love the ambience of the Capri Hotel in Ojai. It truly feels like stepping into a different world the moment you arrive in Ojai, and the Capri beautifully captures that magic. The staff are always so welcoming, and the rooms are lovely with their charming retro décor. It’s such a special place to stay i always leave feeling refreshed and inspired.

We absolutely loved our stay at The Capri Hotel! The property is beautiful, stylish, and perfectly located — close to everything but still peaceful and relaxing. The convenience made it so easy to explore Ojai and unwind afterward by the pool or under the palms. Every detail felt thoughtful and elevated, and the atmosphere has that effortlessly cool charm we can’t get enough of. Already counting down the days until we’re back!
